Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajji vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the bajji vip website, its games, sports betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and any related services accessed through https://bajji-vip.com or any associated subdomain or application.

By accessing the bajji vip platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are participating on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using automated systems, bots, or any other software to access the platform or place wagers other than through normal human interaction.

bajji vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the bajji vip platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always the operative version and supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Section 2

Age Restriction and Eligibility

bajji vip operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. This policy is enforced without exception and applies to all players regardless of their location.

At the time of account registration, all players are required to provide their date of birth. bajji vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh National ID issued by the Election Commission.
• Passport — valid travel document bearing date of birth.
• Birth Certificate — official government-issued certificate of birth.
• Driver's Licence — government-issued driving licence bearing photograph and date of birth.

Where a player's age cannot be confirmed to bajji vip's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any winnings. Winnings generated by underage players are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances and will be voided in full.

In addition to the age requirement, players must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bajji vip or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of bajji vip or its partner companies.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by bajji vip for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity or third party.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bajji vip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To register an account on bajji vip, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Updates to your registered information must be communicated to [email protected] promptly.

bajji vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification may be required at any of the following stages:

• Upon first withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When cumulative deposits in any 30-day period exceed ৳50,000.
• When the platform's automated risk systems flag an account for review.
• At any time at bajji vip's discretion as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing the account holder's name and number). Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Failure to provide documents within 30 days may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajji vip account credentials, including your username and password. bajji vip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

bajji vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on transaction type, player location, and periodic updates to our payment infrastructure.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on bajji vip is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your bajji vip wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bajji vip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bajji vip does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside bajji vip's control and are the player's responsibility.
• bajji vip reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳25,000.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, any resulting foreign exchange conversion cost is borne by the player. bajji vip is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party financial services.

bajji vip reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if the associated account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms, if a chargeback has been initiated on the account, or if the withdrawal request is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity. In such cases, affected players will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajji vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. The general terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Meeting wagering requirements means placing real-money wagers totalling the specified multiple of the bonus amount across eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, cricket betting, and slots may carry different contribution rates as stated in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• Real-money balance is used for wagers first; bonus balance is applied once real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonus credits expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• bajji vip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting already-accepted bonus credits that are actively being wagered.
• Promotions offered during specific cultural seasons — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day — are valid only for the stated promotional period and cannot be combined with other active bonuses.

Bonus Abuse: bajji vip actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajji vip reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any associated winnings and to suspend or close the affected account.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bajji vip, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, contact details, or payment method ownership during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one bajji vip account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for any deposit made to bajji vip without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, share information in real time, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to interact with the platform without human input on each wager.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any malfunction, bug, or error in the platform software. Any winnings generated from a known or suspected software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money laundering: Using the bajji vip platform for the purpose of laundering funds of any origin. bajji vip cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to place wagers through your account.

bajji vip reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any withdrawal, or close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where an investigation results in a finding of prohibited conduct, any balance associated with that conduct will be forfeited. bajji vip's decisions in such matters are final.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

bajji vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, prolonged account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Player-requested closure: You may request the closure of your bajji vip account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests must be submitted by the registered account holder. Upon receipt of a closure request, bajji vip will process any remaining eligible balance back to your registered payment method, provided KYC is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed as a priority — see Section 8 for details.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bajji vip will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players with inactive accounts retain the right to withdraw their balance at any time by contacting [email protected] and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure due to Terms breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bajji vip will notify the player via their registered email address. The notification will state the reason for closure to the extent permitted. Balances associated with the breach — including bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — will be forfeited. Remaining deposits that are not connected to the breach may be returned at bajji vip's discretion following a review.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

bajji vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gaming on the bajji vip platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment. It is not a means to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or substitute for professional financial advice. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek support if they feel that gaming is negatively impacting their wellbeing or finances.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your account. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
